14 days to reconsider

You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to cancel. You can do this by phone, e-mail, letter or fax. You must return your order to us in its original packaging within 14 working days. You are responsible for delivery charges.

Returning a Memo book

Please contact our Customer Services department to arrange the return of Memo book(s).

Invoices will be credited within 2 weeks of the Memo book(s) being returned. A credit note will be issued to you if requested. Your login will be disabled.

Whilst your order passes through our returns process, please disregard any reminders you may receive.
