How can I update my personal details?
Contact Customer Services to notify us of a change of address. We will send the next issue of your newsletter to your new address.
Where can I find my subscriber number?
Your subscriber number was sent to you at the start of your subscription and is also printed on the envelope containing your newsletter (directly above your address). Please mention this number when contacting Lefebvre. This will allow us to answer your questions quickly.
I've not received my newsletter. What can I do?
Summer and Christmas periods
During the summer and Christmas periods our publishing schedule is amended. Details of the next issue to be published will be included on the front page of your newsletter.
Problems with delivery
If your newsletter is not arriving on time please contact our Customer Services department. We will do our very best to solve the problem.
Forgotten to pay
We might have cancelled your subscription because we have not received your payment. If this is the case, please forward your payment and we will send the missing issues.
Some issues are missing. What can I do?
If you are missing a newsletter issue from your paid subscription, we will send it to you free of charge. Contact our Customer Services department. Don't forget to mention your subscriber number, the title, year and issue of the missing newsletter.
When does my subscription start?
We process every subscription immediately. A newsletter subscription starts with the first issue following your order. The invoice will be sent to you separately by post.
When is my subscription renewed?
We will send you an invoice for a new subscription year. If you pay this promptly, your subscription will be renewed without interruption.
Subscriber discount
If you already have an active subscription, you're entitled to a discount when you order a book or Special Report or to a first-year discount on each extra subscription, unless otherwise stated. There's only one condition: the extra subscription should have the same delivery and invoice address as the first one. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
What are the special offers for newsletters?
- 3-month free trial offers of digital newsletters:
After 3 months of free trial you decide, without any obligation whatsoever, whether to take out a 1-year subscription. In order to guarantee uninterrupted access you will receive an invoice. Pay it immediately and your subscription will continue without missing an issue. But if you don’t want to continue, simply ignore the invoice.
This offer can be only taken once.
- 6-month special subscription offers of newsletters:
After 6 months you decide, without any obligation whatsoever, whether to continue your subscription for another 6 months. In order to continue receiving your paper issue and have uninterrupted access you will receive an invoice. Pay it immediately and your subscription will continue without missing an issue. But if you don’t want to continue, simply ignore the invoice. Please note that if you previously had a paid-for subscription, this offer is not available.
This offer can be only taken once.
How can I cancel my newsletter subscription?
