What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the link ‘Forgot your password.’ An email will be sent to you in the next couple of minutes enabling you to reset your password. 

Please note that it’s only possible to register with a single email address. Even though a password can be resent in the event of it being forgotten or lost, the same will not be true with your email address.  

How can I change my password?

If you wish to change your password, simply follow the procedure described above (‘What if I’ve   forgotten my password?’). 

Our data fields require a strong password, which must contain a minimum of 8 characters containing symbols, upper- and lower-case letters and special characters. 

Can I change my personal data?

Once you’ve added an item to your basket, you can change certain personal details, including your various addresses and your job title.
